The quality certification mark of the German Certification Association for Professional Textile Services can be used by every commercial laundry and health care laundry that provides services in accordance with the quality and test regulations. The quality certification mark must be awarded before it may be used.
Using the RAL-GZ 992 quality certification mark is a way for member organisations to demonstrate their particular focus on quality. For example, the strict quality and test regulations are a guarantee to the customer that specified requirements will frequently already be met, including at the preliminary stages of any tendering procedure.
